The game itself is tested and working. Unfortunately, the back has a large crack in it, which allows the plastic to come off. This could be taped down or glued without too much effort. The pins on the game are in great shape and read first attempt in my N 64. The box is in decent shape however the tab is torn off to close the box. As shown in the photos. There is also clear tape around most of the corners of the box which make it so that the back cannot be opened. Includes the manual. Does not include inserts that are not shown.
