There are no scratches on the disc but it has been professionally buffed and polished and may have extremely light buff marks that will fade away over time but absolutely nothing that affects gameplay. It comes with a protective sleeve.

The case has been replaced with a brand new one. Note with PS1 games: due to the black back of PS1 discs, it is possible that there may be some visible swirl marks on the disc. These marks may appear after resurfacing the disc. However, they tend to only be visible when looking at the disc from a specific angle.
